Sportography: In the male-dominated field of sports photography, my goal is to defy stereotypes as a young woman behind the lens. As a senior girl who has professionally photographed for The San Antonio Spurs, NFL Players, and NBC Sports, my senior capstone project of game day social media graphics is not just a collection of my own images; but a rebellion against gender stereotypes. My goal is to capture the essence of athletes in a powerful and exciting way, utilizing unique colors, textures, and designs. Overall, these graphics were intended to bring to life the energy and intensity of the sports world while simultaneously acting as underlying inspiration for young girls to pursue their passions unapologetically.
