Y2K X Duct Tape: This project is my take on unconventional fashion photography! This idea started when I was challenged to create a piece of clothing out of unconventional materials. For that assignment, I created a skirt out of a plastic trashcan. When I thought about the next evolution of the project, I began exploring duct tape as a material. Duct tape is very versatile in what you can create with it, so I used that to make three sets of clothes and accessories. My designs were ultimately inspired by the bright colors and patterns of Y2K teenage clothing. While you wouldn't wear duct tape clothes every day, they're certainly fun to make.
