The central idea of my capstone, although vague, is the use of color and shape to create form in a manner that intrigues the mind, leading it towards an idea; yet, allowing the mind to come to its own conclusion. In this process, the intricate use of color has led to various outcomes which produce varying images, some representing true forms, and others merely representing ideas. The incorporation of pastels, such as pink and lavender, are a direct reflection of the improved emotional status of my being as color becomes ubiquitous and symbolic for my emotional state.
